Dousman Woman Charged with 4th OWI After Fight at Whiskey Corners

The 32-year-old woman faces up to six years in prison and fines of up to $10,000.

A 32-year-old Dousman woman is facing her fourth drunk driving charge after she and a woman she was driving home with got into a fight at a Menomonee Falls bar.

According to the criminal complaint, Luczka and the other woman were drinking at Whiskey Corners Tavern, W220N6410 Town Line Rd., Sunday when the two got into a physical altercation. The woman tried to call 911 to report Luczka without her knowing and dialed it several times.

Officers heard agitated intoxicated people talking during one of the calls, with one of them discussing heading toward Templeton Middle School, the complaint states. An officer headed toward the school and soon saw Luczka driving a white pickup truck.

The complaint states Luczka told the deputy she was trying to drive the passenger home, but didn’t know where she was going. When asked if she had been drinking, Luczka told the deputy she hadn’t but was very tired because she had been up for a long time.

Officers asked Luczka to perform a field sobriety test, but the complaint states she told the deputy she had recently dropped a “300 pound chainsaw” on her foot and would be unable to perform them properly. Luczka had a blood alcohol level of 0.217 at the time of incident.
