Competency Evaluation Ordered for Dujmovic
Defense attorney raises issues about client after conducting interviews.
Brian Dujmovic, who is accused of pointing a gun at his Menomonee Falls neighbor, will undergo a competency review.
Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Mark Gundrum ordered the evaluation Monday after Dujmovic’s attorney, Christopher Cherella, asked for it due to concerns he has about his client.
Dujmovic is charged with after they got into an argument about the victim hitting golf balls in the front yard of his home.

After the victim called police, Dujmovic allegedly stood in his window and pointed a gun at him and after police called him, he told officers he’s displeased with the police department and could run a gas truck into their building.
He was eventually taken into custody after a standoff with officers.

A review hearing is scheduled for Aug. 10. Dujmovic is free on $20,000 cash bail while awaiting trial.
