Burglars Hit Two Homes In Southeastern Part Of Village
Thieves nab laptop, flat screen television.
Police are on the lookout for burglars who broke into two residences in the southeastern part of the village Monday morning or afternoon.
The first burglary took place in the N6600 block of Parkway Drive between 9:40 and 11:30 a.m. Two suspects entered a home through a side window and took a laptop computer.
One of suspects is described as a black man, 5-foot, 7-inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds. The other suspect is described as a white man, 6-foot, 2-inches tall. The suspects are believed to have arrived in a burgundy/wine colored minivan, according to police.Β

The second burglary occurred in the N6300 block of River Drive between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The burglars entered a sliding glass patio door and took a flat screen television.Β
Village police ask anyone with information regarding these burglaries to call 532-1700 and refer to complaints 11-2766 and 11-2768.
