Firing Weapons in Falls Ends in Arrest of Residents

One individual was intoxicated while firing a handgun in his backyard along Roosevelt Drive.

The Menomonee Falls Police Department arrested two people in two days for firing a couple shots in the village.

On April 7, police responded to the W20000 of Lisbon Road after they received a report of a woman firing a shotgun several times from the rear of her porch. Based on records, police knew she had been arrested multiple times for having a firearm while intoxicated.

Falls and Brookfield police set up a perimeter around the house, and eventually contacted the 56-year-old woman. She told police she was firing a long gun in her backyard. She was arrested for prohibited discharge of a weapon.

The following day, police were called to a home on the W17000 block of Roosevelt Drive because neighbors heard shots fired at a nearby residence. Police contacted the man at his home, and he admitted to firing a gun, while intoxicated, in his backyard. Police recovered the firearm and several spent rounds. The man’s weapons were recovered for safekeeping.

Joe Biden say it was ok to fire his shot gun. Must be the war on women we've been hearing about.

As long as it's a warning shot. The second must come from behind your front door.
