So after Discussions with Village staff . Open meeting Violations .??  Prez of ChemWorks says he will have information meeting.... AFTER.... the planning Com. meets ...  Sounds like a cond appr , for Chem- plant.  Kelly you better do your Home work ..  Call Timmy ... if you need a tin foil hat .... Just call da Village Hall & ask the King or Timmy if you can have a freebie.
