IS MR. FITZGERALD STILL EMPLOYED?

I'm amazed that nothing has been written in the  Menomonee Falls Patch relative to Mr. Fitzgerald's proposal to let Kohl's retain the $2 Million advance for the now-cancelled Woodland Prime building project. (See the 12-11-13 edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Business Section headline).

I'm further amazed that he is still the Village Manager of Menomonee Falls.
