Obituary: David G. Phillips

David G. Phillips of Menomonee Falls passed away October 12, 2012 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Janice (Nee Budish). Loving father of Justin. Dear brother of Rose Sporer, Minabess (Nelson) Randolph and the late Eric J. and the late Violet Keogh. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17 at at St. Mary's Catholic Church, N89W16297 Cleveland Ave. Mass will be followed by entombment at St. Mary's Mausoleum. Visitation from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home.

David proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. The Phillips Family would like to give a "special thanks" to Suzy and Roger Wargula, Trudy Ulatowski, Roy Young, Nick Merkel, Steven and Mary Jo Olewinski, to the staff at Zilber Hospice especially to Kathleen, Nancy, Angela and Dr. Ragalie for all the care they gave to David and additional thanks to Dr. Gregory Hartig and Dr. Wes at University Hospital in Madison.

David was a lover of fishing and photography and loved his dog, Buddy.
