Parade of Homes Showcasing Falls Subdivision This Summer

Homes in the Quail Haven subdivision and another subdivision in Germantown have been chosen to be showcased in the Parade of Homes events.

The Metropolitan Builders Association Parade of Homes has once again chose Quail Haven subdivision in Menomonee Falls as a showcase for this year’s event.

The showcase will be held from Aug. 17 through Sept. 8. Blackstone Creek subdivision in Germantown will also be showcased.

“Each subdivision will feature brand new, never-been-seen homes with the latest designs and decorating trends,” said Rod Demlang, MBA President, in a release.

The assocation expects more than 30,000 visitors over the course of the three week event.  The 2012 parade had around 28,000 visitors, reported the Business Journal.

Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to interact with the area’s top experts in the field.

“We continue to hear from MBA builders that there is an increased consumer interest in beginning a home building project. With most of  last year’s Parade models already sold, this makes a powerful statement about the improving market for new home building,” Demlang continued.
