A Community Affair

Community League, a service organization since 1961, is presenting its 31st annual arts, crafts, antiques, and collectibles show featuring 100 juried exhibitors of the finest in today's trends and timeless treasures.  Also featured at the show will be an Antique Appraiser, Barbara Esch, from 9-2, who will appraise all items except coins and stamps for $3.00 per item.  Available to showgoers is our homemade luncheon featuring our famous Swiss Cream Soup, hot shredded beef sandwiches, Community League's Chicken Salad, and fabulous homemade desserts, as well as a snack bar with hot dogs and nachos, a silent auction with items from our exhibitors and local patrons, an amazing bake sale, themed baskets raffles such as a Disney Ticket package, a necklace from Kessler's, a Golf package, Museum and Parks Passes, a Travel package, to name a few, and a cash raffle with prizes of $500, $250, and $100.  Donations to the local food pantry will be appreciated.  Ample parking is available as well as a free shuttle bus from 9-2.  Admission is $4, with all proceeds going to local and greater metro chariities, scholarships, and civic projects.
