A welcome for newcomers: Are you new in town but just can't get out of your boxes or have all your children flown from the nest and left you with a quiet house? Come and join other women who are also experiencing transition and looking for ways to connect at 7 p.m. Monday at the The Menomonee Falls / Germantown Newcomers Club is an organization for women who are either new to the area or for those entering a new stage of life, such as empty-nesters.

Fall play opens at MFHS: The Theatre Department presents "The Remarkable Incident at Carson Corners." This story focuses on a mock trial initiated by high school students who are trying to find the truth about a boy's death that occurred at the high school.  Through trial/error, accusations, and conflict , the truth is eventually uncovered.  This is a play about social conscience and personal integrity.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17-19 and 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 20. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door.

Holiday craft fair: The MFHS Choir Department will hold its annual "Jingle Bell Craft Fair" fundraiser from 9-3:30 p.m. Sunday at MFHS. Roughyl 150 vendors will be selling handmade arts and crafts. There is also a huge bake sale, food and raffle drawings.

Diva Night at Angelo's: Ladies can stop out at , N88W16521 Main St., starting at 4 p.m. Saturday for a night of pampering luxury only a diva could enjoy. Nora Collins and Scotty Meissner will supply the tunes on their acoustic guitars, there will also be drink specials, jewelry vendors, candles, clothes and romance party items. will also offer massages and Martini manicures.
