The Week Ahead: Community Invited to Crucial School Budget Discussions

Here's a look at some important dates and times coming up this week in Menomonee Falls. 

Budget Round Table Discussion 

Residents and parents in Menomonee Falls are invited to join school district leaders from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at Menomonee Falls High School to discuss the budget planning. According to the district, major decisions will be made within the next few weeks that will affect programming and class sizes. The district will need to a $2 million reduction in funding for the schools. The district is anticipating "difficult" and "painful" decisions. Your input is needed. 

Menomonee Falls Plan Commission 

The Plan Commission isn't usually a top priority to mark on the calendar, but the rezoning request for a new FBI facility in Menomonee Falls will be discussed. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Village Hall.

Kennedy Middle School Rummage Sale

Kennedy Middle School Destination Imagination Teams will be hosting a Rummage and Bake Sale at 6 p.m. Friday at Kennedy Middle School located at W160N11836 Crusader Ct., Germantown. 

Accompany of Kids "Light up the World" 

Accompany of Kids will wrap up its final performances of "Light up the World" throughout the weekend. There will be shows at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. All shows are performed at North Middle School.
