Seider Heating & Plumbing Purchases Mohrhusen & Associates
Clarence Schmitt, owner of Mohrhusen & Associates, will be retiring after selling his business to Seider.
Seider Heating & Plumbing, of Milwaukee and Waukesha, has purchased Mohrhusen & Associates in Menomonee Falls.
All past and current Mohrhusen HVAC and plumbing customers will continue to have their service work handled through Seider, according to a news release piublished Tuesday. In addition, Seider will be taking over the Mohrhusen location at N89W16340 Main St. in Falls.

“I am so glad that another reputable family business will take over our family business. Seider is a great company and I know that our past customers will be treated exceptionally well by their team,” Schmitt said in a statement Tuesday.
