Class of 2012 could graduate at Miller Park.

At the school board meeting Monday, Menomonee Falls High School Principal Gary Kiltz presented to relocate graduation ceremonies to. The goal is to find a large weather-friendly location to make planning easier. Of the five options, Kiltz favored Miller Park in Milwaukee. However, it would nearly double the cost of the ceremony.

District answers open enrollment question

It took a series of late-night board workshops, but the Menomonee Falls School Board finalized the number of seats to reserve for . The district receives revenue through the open enrollment program. This was the first of many budget decisions the board will make to address a looming $1.7 million deficit for the 2011-12 school year.

Boys basketball loses a tough one

A in the Greater Metro Conference was on the line for the Menomonee Falls boys basketball team Friday as they took on the Wauwatosa East Red Raiders. The Falls fell behind by 12 early on, but battled back until the last shot. A great effort came up a little short in the end, but the energy in the gym was electric and fans enjoyed a competitive game.
