Repeat Pick'n Save Pilferer Strikes Again

A man who signed a sworn statement not to step foot in Roundy's, well, did just that and more.

A 37-year-old Wauwatosa man was allegedly up to his old ways on Monday, according to a Menomonee Falls Police Department report.

The man entered the Super Pick’n Save on Appleton Avenue and stole 10 cans of Gerber Good Start baby formula worth $154.90 at around 10:30 p.m. It was a modus operandi that he’s repeated before. The man is known among law enforcement ranks and has been arrested at numerous Milwaukee area Pick’n Saves.

Apparently, the man has signed a statement banning him from Roundy’s stores, and was trespassing in addition to the theft. Police will continue to search for the man, but he is presumed to be homeless.
