Repeat Pick'n Save Pilferer Strikes Again

A man who signed a sworn statement not to step foot in Roundy's, well, did just that and more.

A 37-year-old Wauwatosa man was allegedly up to his old ways on Monday, according to a Menomonee Falls Police Department report.

The man entered the Super Pick’n Save on Appleton Avenue and stole 10 cans of Gerber Good Start baby formula worth $154.90 at around 10:30 p.m. It was a modus operandi that he’s repeated before. The man is known among law enforcement ranks and has been arrested at numerous Milwaukee area Pick’n Saves.

Apparently, the man has signed a statement banning him from Roundy’s stores, and was trespassing in addition to the theft. Police will continue to search for the man, but he is presumed to be homeless.

Liberal titles? It's simply a fact from the police report that they don't have an address for the guy. Not sure how including that fact implies some liberal bias to feel sorry for a repeat criminal.
