Condominium Loans

When I saw this email I had to call Karen to get some of the details. In the past it has been difficult to obtain loans for condos. Having worked with Equitable bank in the past, I know they have many programs to fit the individual Buyer's situation and property.

There are of course a number of guide lines to follow for these condo loans such as, the association financial status, number of units in the association used as rentals, and other conditions. As we talked I could see how these conditions are structured to protect Buyers as well as the lender. It appears to be a good program to protect the investment interest of both Buyer and Lender.

If you are considering a condo purchase, or know anyone who is, give Karen a call to see what she can do on a loan and we can check the market and take advantage of the current deals. As usual, condos take longer to rebound and generally follow trends set by single family homes.

The Equitable Bank is able to finance condos at 95% loan to value now. We are excited to have this available and I would be happy to provide you or your buyer with further details.

The complete rate sheet is attached. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have. We offer free pre-approvals for your prospective buyers--they can apply online anytime at www.theequitablebank.com/karencobus, or contact me directly to schedule an appointment.

Have and happy and safe Fourth of July!
