On a personal note I would like to thank Menomonee Falls Patch for recognizing me as the “Person of the Year.”  I am very appreciative of this honor and it means a lot to me.  My involvement with the Optimist Club has allowed me the great opportunities to achieve my goals of giving back.  The Optimist Club has over 200 members who are all very deserving of this recognition.  So many new ideas and events began in 2012 to help us achieve our mission of “Bringing out the Best in Kids.”  Can’t wait to see what 2013 will bring!  For more information about the Optimist Club or interested in learning more about what we do feel free to email me at dmariscal@wi.rr.com.
