Summer Fishing for Kids at Menomonee Park This June

Kids fishing classes for will be held at Menomonee Park in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin in June hosted by HookedUp101 Fishing Program and the Menomonee Falls & Sussex Park and Recreation Departments.

HookedUp101 Fishing Academy, in conjuction with the Park and Recreation Departments of Menomonee Falls & Sussex, will be offering the Beginning Fishing program for kids ages 6-12 and the Lil' Bobbers Program for children ages 3-5 as part of their Summer 2013 offerings at Menomonee Park.

The Beginning Fishing Program will be held Monday thru Friday--June 24th-28th from 8:30 - 10:30 am.

The class will offer kids the opportunity to gain a jumpstart on their fishing education AND acquire all the FREE essential gear:

  • Zebco Rod and Reel Combo
  • Flambeau Tackle Box, T-Shirt
  • Lucky Fishing Hat, Tackle
  • AND MORE...

Lil' Bobbers will participate in the class (along with a parent) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am - 12:00pm, June 24th, 26th, and 28th.

This engaging course will allow children to:

  • expand their vocabulary,
  • explore texture, size, identification,
  • and enhance their social skills in the great outdoors while spending some quality time with mom or dad catching a few fish.

 

Each child will also receive FREE essential gear (Zebco Rod and Reel Combo, Flambeau Tackle Box, T-Shirt, Tackle, etc.) to make more summer fishing memories with the family throughout the rest of the summer!
