Sad day and anger.

A child was hit on a bike this afternoon on H WAY Q and water i was watering my lawn on Q when I heard a loud bang, turned and saw the kid,about 14yrs. Old roll under the SUV ,when will the MFP ,GTPD do something about all the speeding from Division to Pilgrim? The speed limit is 35 mph! Cars and trucks constantly go at least 10 to 15 MPH OVER.I don't know the status of this poor kid, as i put a blanket on him to keep him warm and other good people tried to help, he was in bad shape.Does someone have to DIE before some police enforcement is done?
