Trivera Plans to Double Its Size Through Acquisition

Tom Snyder, who was born and raised in Menomonee Falls, is close to acquiring a few undisclosed media companies. If successful, the acquisitions would double the size of Trivera and position it as a complete marketing agency.

The historic Mill Building on Main Street in downtown Menomonee Falls has a long history of innovation.

When owner S.P. Schlafer opened the mill in the 19th century, it was one of the most technologically advanced mills of its time. Nearly 100 years later, Trivera looks to remain on the cutting edge of web-based marketing.

In the coming months, Trivera will acquire a few undisclosed media companies to round out its line of services. When owners Tom and Marjie Snyder founded the company in 1996, they focused on website creation. Tom Snyder said the companies they are acquiring have a broad expertise in content marketing, videography and public relations. The hope is Trivera will become a complete marketing agency.

Trivera has a lengthy list of high-profile companies it services. Mitchell International Airport, Usingers,  and Potawatomi Casino are just a few of their well-known clients.

Snyder couldn't name the companies Trivera would acquire, because final details are still being worked out. However, after the acquisitions Trivera could grow from 12 to 24 employees, and the company has already expanded into the first floor of the Mill Building.
