Cafe Agora Holding Grand Opening All Week

Although they opened in March, the owner and management have decided to hold a grand opening celebration this week.

Café Agora in Menomonee Falls is in the midst of celebrating its grand opening week at its location along Appleton Avenue downtown.

The owner and management of has been serving Falls food for over 25 years.  Along with their staff they have made some wonderful friends and strong ties to the community.

They are celebrating their grand opening from Aug. 27-31. Café Agora is open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday through Thursday, and from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays.

In order to give back to those who supported their business, they made the decision to host a grand opening and give back to the Menomonee Falls Area Food Pantry as well. The newly remodeled, refreshed and updated Café Agora is dedicated to serving great food, fresh brewed coffee, fresh squeezed and blended beverages. It’s also a conversation and meeting place. In fact, agora means “place of gathering”.

Café Agora , but after receiving feedback from customers they’ve changed a few things – hence the grand opening. If you bring a non-perishable food item to Café Agora during the grand opening celebration, you will receive 15 percent off of any meal purchase.

Café Agora owner, Vassi Bavela, was very touched by the number of families that the Falls food pantry supports – 1,545 people. Over 30 percent of those assisted are children.  She has also reached out to Agora food providers and asked them for help.

The food pantry is running short of food supplies, and they are in dire need of more donations as fall and winter approach.
