Another Frozen Yogurt Business Opening in Falls

It seems new businesses are springing up in pairs in Menomonee Falls. 

The Smart Cow Yogurt Bar has a sign up outside the former Fastsigns location along Appleton Avenue and Shady Lane. The Denver-based yogurt chain will likely open later this summer, and internal renovations are currently underway in their new space. 

Smart Cow Yogurt has two franchises in Colorado, and two more in Green Bay. Smart Cow prides itself on its continued efforts to send funds toward education in the communities they serve. So far, the company has donated $55,000 to local schools. 

Smart Cow offers nearly 70 flavors of frozen yogurt, and a plentiful selection of toppings, as well. 

Falls will also be home to a start-up frozen yogurt company opening this summer as well, but further south on Appleton Avenue. Yo Cool Yogurt plans to open early July at the North Pointe Centre, 14501 W. Appleton Ave. The new company will offer a complete array of frozen yogurt options and toppings inside of their 1,793-square-foot space

Keeping with the theme of duplicity, Falls will also be home to two Japanese-style sushi and steak houses. Sakura Japanese Sushi & Grill recently opened in the North Pointe Centre. Ninja Japanese Steakhouse also has plans to open in the "Landmark Building" on the corner of Main Street and Pilgrim Road in the Walmart Neighborhood Market retail area.
