Fiduciary Proposes 144 Apartments in Menomonee Falls

Fiduciary has plans to start constructing 144 new apartments on the northwest corner of Appleton Avenue and Good Hope Road before year's end.

Fiduciary Real Estate has plans to start construction of 144 new apartments distributed among five different buildings in Menomonee Falls before the calendar turns to 2014.

The Menomonee Falls Plan Commission is set to review Fiduciary's proposal, The Woodlands, at its next meeting at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 8. The development would include 57 one-bedroom apartments, and 87 two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments would be located on the northwest corner of Appleton Avenue and Good Hope Road.

The development will also include a clubroom with a kitchenette, a fitness room, sidewalks throughout the development, an underground parking unit for each unit, and additional storage areas for the residents. It would be constructed in two phases, and two three-story buildings would be built south of Lund Lane in the first phase. The second would include three more buildings to the north side of Lund Lane.

Fiduciary hopes to begin construction of the first phase later in fall, and have the first units available for occupancy in August 2014. The second phase is expected to be built in March 2014.
