Village Centre a Hub of Activity Saturday

A sidewalk sale, art crawl and a rubber ducky derby will keep downtown abuzz. The activities kick off at 10 a.m.

The Village Centre is holding its 4th annual Sidewalk Market and Art on the Walk.  Both events will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the downtown area of Appleton Avenue, Main Street and Mill Street.

Downtown businesses will be bringing their stores outside as well as local residents and home-party reps will take open spaces on the sidewalks to sell their wares.  There are still spaces available at no cost but you need to reserve the spot with Barb (262) 251-8797.

Area artists will also be selling their work on Appleton Avenue near the bridge and near the gazebo in Mill Pond Park. Spaces are still available at no cost to area artists but you need to reserve a space with Susan Corkum at 262-255-9090.
