Five Nonprofit Groups That Are Making A Difference in Our Community

1.   P.O. Box 441.

Provides community youth with an opportunity to develop themselves artistically.  Group is involved with Senior Outreach and Adopt-a-Highway programs.


2.    W180n7863 Town Hall Rd.

Provides activities and assistance to individuals with physical or cognitive impairments.  Services help provide options which make it possible for more people to continue living at home.

3.   N63w23626 Silver Spring Dr.

Provides a food pantry and resource center to assist low-income individuals with food, clothing, counseling, education, health and other referrals.

4.    SUSSEX COMMUNITY CENTER W240N5765 Maple Ave.

The community center and youth center provide a wide array of programs for all ages as well as holiday events. There are scholarships available for children who are residents of Sussex and are unable to afford program fees.

5.     W178n9315 Water Tower Pl.

Provides training and support to individuals in need, empowering them to develop self-sufficiency through employment.  Also provide the community with a donation center and thrift store.
