Last Chance: Prescription Drug Collection, Open Enrollment and Tree Seedling Sale

Don't miss any of these important deadlines or events coming up in Menomonee Falls.

If you have old medications and prescription drugs that you need to get rid of, drop them off this weekend at the downtown Waukesha State Bank Office. A full list of drop-off locations 

Tree Seedling Pick Up

Orders for the annual tree seedling sale can be picked up from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday from Fire Station #4, W137N8777 Executive Pkwy. If you have questions call (262) 532-4417. Extra seedlings will be for sale during the pick-up hours. Visit the "store" that will be open for purchasing the extra seedlings.  Packs may be sized for five trees depending on the supply.

Open Enrollment Deadline Nearing

Do you want your child to attend a different school district? Maybe it’s because of the programs offered at a different school, you just moved or you work in another community. But whatever the reason is, the deadline to get the open enrollment application in is nearing. All applications must be received by 4 p.m. April 30. The application has to be received by that date – postmarks will not count.

Get all your open enrollment questions answered by the Department of Public Instruction on its website.

Tickets are selling quick for "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," so be sure to snag them quick. The performance, presented by the Falls Patio Players, will be at Menomonee Falls North Middle School at 7:30 p.m. this Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students and seniors.
