June Movies at the Library Showing This Week

"Sherlock Holmes" and "One for the Money" will be shown at the library's community room.

The Menomonee Falls Public Library will have two offerings for its June Monthly Movies. 

The films to be shown are "One for the Money" and "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."  The movies will be shown in the library’s meeting room off the main lobby. 

Admission is free to all, based on the movie’s rating.

One for the Money

  • Tuesday, June 19 at 2:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 21 at 6:15 p.m.

(2012) Starring Katherine Heigl, Daniel Sunjata and John Leguizamo.  Newly-divorced, just out of a job, broke and desperate Stephanie Plum just has found work as a bail bondsman.  This is her first collar -- a man who broke her heart in high school, a cop who is wanted for murder.  Directed by Julie Anne Robinson.  Rated PG-13, 91 minutes.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows

  • Tuesday, June 19 at 6:15 p.m. 
  • Thursday, June 21 at 2:15 p.m.

(2011) Starring Robert Downey, Jr., Jude Law, Jared Harris and Stephen Fry.  Sherlock and Doctor Watson take on the evil Professor Moriarty, with help from brother Mycroft Holmes and a gypsy.  Directed by Guy Ritchie.  Rated PG-13, 129 minutes.
