Have Your Say With Menomonee Falls Patch

From 5 to 7 p.m. every Wednesday, the Patch editor will be holding office hours in the library to get your feedback, or teach you how to expand your presence on the Internet.

In the era of electronic communication, the art of face-to-face communication is sometimes lost.

As a web-based news source, we utilize Facebook and Twitter quite a bit. However, I felt it was time to make myself available in person on a regular basis. So, from 5 to 7 p.m. every Wednesday I will be holding "office hours" in the large study room on the the second floor of the Menomonee Falls Public Library. If the room is full we will definitely find a place to chat.

I'm hoping Patch readers, and those new to Patch, will stop by and use that time to help me do a better job for the community. Let me know what I'm doing right, and more importantly let me know what I'm doing wrong. Tell me about a story that is going unnoticed around Menomonee Falls. Do you have a local concern that deserves some investigation? Or just share some insight about the community, or stop by and chat.Β

Additionally, if you are a business owner or a person with a strong story to tell, I'll guide you through the tools available on Patch to help expand your presance on the web for free. I'll show you how to beef up your directory listing with us, create a Facebook business page, or set you up as a blogger so you can tell your own story about your life or organization you represent.Β
