St. Mary's Students' Letters to Santa

Although the post office may be trimming back on its services, Menomonee Falls Patch will ensure their letters are received by St. Nick in a timely fashion.

Youngsters at in Menomonee Falls took a little time out of class this week give Santa Claus a few final tips before Christmas Day, which is less than two weeks away.

Gadgets like the iPad, iPod and Nintendo DS were trending on lists this year. However, many of the kids also included a wish for the poor to stay warm in the frigid months of winter this year.

Many students also took the time to inquire about the logistics of annual Santa's gift giving operation. A handful of students wanted to know how long it takes him to fly around the world, or how many elves he staffs. The length of his beard was also a topic of interest, and one student estimated his beard at just over 5 feet.
