A Little Scotch and Soda Mix For a Good Time at Village Park

Thursday's Concerts in the Park performance drew the largest crowd of the summer to the annual music series.

The weather couldn’t have been more ideal Thursday for latest installment of the Village Centre’s Concerts in the Park summer music series.

Hundreds gathered on the hill at the Village Park gazebo and enjoyed a tall glass of The Scotch and Soda Band with the sun shining, and temperatures comfortable. It was perhaps the largest crowd of the summer according to some at the event.

Families laid on blankets and enjoyed a picninc, children laughed and played, and others enjoyed the folksy, Grateful Dead-esque tunes from the band.
