Obituary for Dora (Carstensen) Aulik Lawson

Former Menomonee Falls resident Dora Aulik Lawon

Peacefully went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2013.  She is survived by her devoted and loving husband Joe, daughters Kathie “KC” (Jerry) Thorson, Carolyn (Joe) Goodson, grandchildren Trevor Goodson, Suzie Goodson and Brent Goodson , step-grandchildren Erica (Ben) Lyman and Rachel Thorson, in addition to great-granchildren Ayden, Ashlynn & Adler Henry and Jack Lyman.  She is preceded in earthly death by son Alan Aulik, parents Hans and Ida Carstensen, sisters Ida West and Betty Smith.  She will be deeply missed by all who love her.  A memorial service is scheduled for 11:30am on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 2001 N Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61107, (815) 399-3171. A light luncheon buffet will follow.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Angel's Grace Hospice,
