What was their reason for canceling?
W . Benz January 29, 2014 at 04:25 PM
The King and Chemworks had a discussion -- Reported on wtmj and other media outlets -- PR - Just Kept your mouth shut !!! Just like the Hotel -- Things are going just well -- Da King says . ..... You just got HUMPED on Hump day

Sweet, free tours. Now you all can actually see what they do instead of believing the emotion.

Chris Davis, geico and any of your other aliases. Sounds like you have a personal vendetta against Fitzgerald. Are you one of the staff that got llaid off. Better adjust the tin foil hat. The PLANNING COMMISSION makes the decision. they said they are going to have public meetings. How is that hiding the truth. From what I heard, the real reason was all the residents on the south side by the plant were just going to picket and not attend. They were going to call the press and have the news camera's role on the picketsing. Chemworks most likely didn't want the PR.

I think the word you should use is"if". No where does it say the Village has approved. Also statement is from the company. How about we attend the Plan Commission meeting and get the Village process. Last offical statement from Village was that the Plan Commission will make the determination and until then, the company CANNOT run it's operations. But that doesn't fit your conspiracy theory. How about this. If at the next Plan Commission meeting the Village says they have approved, I forever sign off of patch, however, if they go forward with a vetting process and allow public input, you make your name public (and all of your aliases), and forever sign off of patch.

Let me correct the bet, shoud say the Plan commision meeting set up to discuss the Chemworks deal. They alerady said it wouldn't be at the next normal meeting because the room can't handle the crowd.

Sounds like the residents are going to be the last ones to get a vote. We don't matter. No one will build a house on that farm

Did you listen to the Ch 4 reporter? They showed a copy of the Occupancy Permit and the reporter asked the question, "is this what you are hanging your hat on" and the head of ChemWorks said...it sure is. They had permission to go ahead and I am sure they have spent a lot of money. Now if the Plan Commission says no I see a lawsuit in the making. I am sure ChemWorks has hired attorneys and they would have been foolish not to.

Everyone on the Falls board needs to be fired if this goes thru. They don't have our backs. Look at what they did with the hotel. Huge bill we are stuck with. Village idiots

This is so far from the Radisson, it's not even in the same ballpark. They have your backs, your backs face an industrial area by choice. Advanced Waste stated they already spent $2 million on this purchase and are going to spend another $600,000 building. Enjoy your new neighbors clueless housewives. You are the ones that build right next to an industrial area.

Who's buying me a shower dance?
W . Benz January 31, 2014 at 05:25 PM
Dry docking for the Pale Rider ! See little John for details .. Kelly done deal -- After the meeting with village staff [ KING FITZ ] . Chem Prez will meet with you Kelly after he gets his C.U. permit ...... Smell that Smell @ Village hall ...
Kelley January 31, 2014 at 05:53 PM
In meeting I did catch one of the board members say they take it at their word for the permits. I'm sure the plan commission could pick apart their word. I just hope chem works used false statements.
Caliente January 31, 2014 at 07:16 PM
In my mind that is the only hope is if they gave false information .But I doubt it.
W . Benz January 31, 2014 at 08:15 PM
Just on News 12 - Milwaukee expected Chem out by the Fall and will shut them down if not . Chem works has the Milw location for sale or rent , you can expect a Huge lawsuit if the Falls blocks the move . Other media also reported the same facts , even showing the Permit from the Village . -- Another lawsuit just like the Hotel because the KING failed to do --" Due diligence " --

I must have missed it but tell me again why they bought or built a home next to heavy industrial?
® Cody Walker February 02, 2014 at 12:49 PM
The neighbors fail to admit that Caliente. They just use emotion to make false, uneducated complaints trying to pass the blame off their failure.
Caliente February 03, 2014 at 07:52 AM
The correlation I see here is a person is accused of a wrong going and before he has a chance to explain, he is found guilty. ChemWorks has said they have spent a lot of money to correct the problems in Milwaukee. How do you not give them a chance? I mean legally how can the village shut them down before they started? It is a lawsuit ready to happen if they do and we the taxpayer are going to foot that bill because the people of that subdivision decided to buy a home next to heavy industrial.
